Born of fishermen parents, “Capitaine Manou” grew up in the heart of the sea. From an early age, he learned fishing, navigation and cooking.
Captain Manou was not satisfied with this family knowledge. With a desire to perfect and modernize these skills, he decided to pursue technical studies. His aim was to bring additional expertise to what his parents had taught him.
Thanks to these training courses, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of marine business management, modern navigation and the technical and safety aspects of running sea excursions.
This has enabled him to develop both a traditional and professional approach to his activity.

In 2017, he founded “CAPTAIN MANOU”, a maritime excursion agency. Knowing the islets of Robert and François like the back of his hand, he offers trips combining culinary discovery and marine immersion. His reputation, backed by excellent ratings on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews , Petit Futé , testifies to the quality of his services.

Nous avons passé une super journée en famille avec nos 2 filles le capitaine et son frère vraiment très gentils de belles découvertes lors de cette journée et le repas vraiment parfait ! Vraiment n hésitez Pas !

Quelle super journée passée en compagnie de toute l’équipe de Captain Manou. Tout a été topissime, que ce soit dans l’organisation, l’envie de faire plaisir, les petites attentions un sans faute.
Izak a été un capitaine exceptionnel.
Nous avons apprécié la pause déjeuner sur le ponton. Un moment de parenthèse dans un lieu exceptionnel. Le papa qui réalise les repas nous a régalé. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir passé cette formidable journée en compagnie de Captain Manou. Je recommande à 200%

Une équipe super agréable, avec beaucoup d’humour, nous avons adoré notre journée passée en mer avec Captain Manou!
